Cannot sign in?
Check that you are using the email address you enrolled with. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, contact your enrolment administrator; email-based recovery is not yet available.
A test day is locked?
The next day opens at midnight IST after enrolment. You can complete any previously unlocked day. Your dashboard shows which days are ready.
A response did not save?
Keep the test open and check your connection. A saved indicator appears after the server confirms each answer. Retry a failed save before proceeding; the exam timer continues.
Trouble downloading a PDF?
Complete the test first, open its result page and select Download PDF. Keep signed in to your candidate account. You can also find the file through your Revision Library.
